2024 was my first full year of operating The Inn At Bath and what a whirlwind it has been! Bath, Maine is one of the friendliest places I have ever been to and guests to the Inn have been wonderful. As nice as it is looking back over the year, I am also looking forward to 2025.
I consider myself quite lucky to have landed in beautiful Bath, Maine. People seem very genuine in their friendliness and there is no end to things to do and see. People come from all over to soak up Bath’s rich maritime history and striking classic architecture. Main Street is home to a cornucopia of shops, restaurants, and galleries that can keep you entertained for days at a time.
Bath also celebrates throughout the year with a number of popular, annual events. Friendly, local celebrations like Heritage Days in July, December’s Old Fashioned Christmas, and Winterfest in February, to name just a few.
The Inn is within easy walking distance of downtown and just a short drive from mid-coast Maine’s biggest attractions. Guests can easily visit iconic lighthouses, enjoy a river cruise, see a live show, go beachcombing, and more.
I so enjoy being here, watching the seasons change, the ebb and flow of the Kennebec River, and sharing it with you, my guests. The only thing more gratifying is learning that someone has truly enjoyed their stay at the Inn. That’s why I’m here, after all!

“This is our second, wonderful visit to The Inn and we already cannot wait to get back! The rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable and welcoming. Our room overlooked the Kennebec River which affords a beautiful sunrise view. Kelly is the quintessential Innkeeper – she knows her guests preferences and is full of wonderful suggestions. She is a fantastic cook too! Breakfasts in her sunny dining room are the highlight of any stay.”

“We loved our trip exploring coastal Maine and our stay at the Inn at Bath made it complete. Kelly was a wonderful host. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and we had access to a large sitting area as well. We were treated to an wonderful breakfast in the dining room. Kelly had home baked cookies, beverages, fresh apples, and snacks available for grabbing. The inn was located in a pretty neighborhood with lots of huge trees and amazing New England homes. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and a large park. We wish we could have stayed additional nights but our travel itinerary did not allow. I’d highly recommend and would definitely return myself.”

“Where do I even begin?! Kelly is an absolute gem of a human. Back in June, my husband and I got married in a small ceremony in the backyard of the Inn with our immediate family present. Everyone stayed at the inn for the weekend and Kelly was the most incredible and gracious host. Her communication throughout the process was unparalleled. She was dedicated to making the weekend beautiful for us, from matching the napkins to our flower colors to whipping up the most delicious breakfast each morning (and even a special one for me, as I have Celiac!).
