Friday Workshop – Sleep for Self Care
Rebecca is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Drawing from functional medicine and mind-body practices, Rebecca will gently guide participants to uncover what truly works for them. Through her workshop we will understand sleep cycles & hygiene, female hormones, learn sleep strategies, and develop a personalized sleep plan.

Saturday Workshop – Living in Balance
Ella Brown, a local Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, will lead this workshop where participants will learn to be reasonable with ourselves and our expectations. We will learn about Living in Balance and Making Sustainable changes through realistic goals. You will learn the importance of speaking kindly to yourself!

Sunday Workshop – Ikenobō Ikebana Arranging
Anjie Cho will guide a workshop in Ikenobō Ikebana, the oldest school of Japanese floral art. Ikebana, the way of flowers, inspires connection between nature and the human spirit. You will create your own flower arrangement with your choice of Ikebana vase from local Georgetown Pottery. The flowers and vase are yours to take home.
